User should be able to quickly pan the map to their current location. Maybe an icon that the user can hit that auotmatically grabs the GPS location from their device.
Question for John Vu..What happens when the user doesn't have GPS location services enabled on their device? Can the map just start from the current location like google maps does?

  • If the user does not have locations services enabled, a popup will appear that prompts the user to enable location services. The below is a wireframe. The page design should follow the established style guide.
  • If the user does not have location services enabled, the map should start from their current location. See Google Maps as an example.
  • On desktop, the user should be able to pan the map by clicking and dragging the cursor on the desktop
  • On mobile or tablet devices, users can pan the map by dragging their finger across the screen
  • On desktop, the user should be able to zoom in and out by using the + or - button on the map UI, or by pressing the + or - button on the keyboard
  • On mobile, the user should be able to zoom in or out of the map by pinching the screen.
