Baggage handler lite

Roles and permissions were revisited. We have reduced the number of roles by combining or deleting underutilized roles. This should have little to no impact on existing Luggage sites; it will not delete roles or reset permissions.

To fully take advantage of this release we recommend that you review your feature overrides related to roles and permissions. Luggage now ships with the following roles:

• anonymous
• authenticated
• content editor
• people editor
• taxonomy editor
• site admin
• SEO editor

The People feature was refactored in preparation for the down stream introduction of Shibboleth in Luggage_isu. Additionally several bugs were fixed in announcements, biblio, events, indicator, news, people, projects, roles, and solr.

The Steamer Trunk

This release includes fixes in Announcements, Biblio, Roles, and Resources.

Notice - Following this release, Luggage will be branched into the 2.x.x and the 3.x.x (development) branches.

• The 2.x.x branch will contain the Pubcookie authentication but will
  not see any new bug fixes just security patches.
• The 3.x.x (development) branch will contain the Shibboleth authentication and
  will represent the new development branch.

This needs to be done, as it is not reasonable to carry both authentication methods.

The Flight Crew Duffle

Luggage now includes a LUGGAGE_CHANGELOG.txt where we are tracking all changes between releases. We had some bug fixes and configuration consistency improvements in marking published, SEO and rewriting term paths.

The end-user now has a My Content link in the admin menu to help them find their stuff published and unpublished.

The end-user interface is much cleaner with only the vertical tabs and information they need according to their role
