Don't show friendly mines if report page class doesn't extend Annotatable

Some classes do not have primaryIdentifier, which is hardcoded into the "friendly mines" links. Since those links presume consistent attributes, i.e. from the core model, and primaryIdentifier is the key for any class that extends Annotatable, only show the friendly mine links for classes that extend Annotatable. (This will fix an issue on the LIS mines that have QTL.identifier rather than QTL.primaryIdentifier along with other classes.)
