It would be incredibly helpful to have the slowmode-module being able to exclude logged in Users from slow mode.
This way, slowmode could be used all time, but exclude registered Users from being throttled.

Example (and our usecase): The channel will be set to slowmode overnight, when there's no ops available (due to Flooding).
