Add tutorial on using Besu as an archive node to request historical data (focused on RPC).

@alexandratran - this is going back in time a bit but do you have anymore context about where this request came from? The syncing page includes this -> https://besu.hyperledger.org/public-networks/get-started/connect/sync-node#run-an-archive-node

Is there more to running an archive node that's missing? ie, we should build out a specific page with the use cases for archive modes and provide the settings that would be needed for that mode?

@MadelineMurray I don't quite remember, but it might be helpful to include a tutorial with a use case for running an archive node, such as retrieving very old historical data. Maybe @non-fungible-nelson would have more context.
