Help for adding affixes and words automatically dictionary.

Is there any method to add words and affixes with flags to aff and dic files automatically or will I have to do them all manually?

I'm not sure I understand the question. The dic and aff files are typically created directly in the editor or perhaps exported from some other system with a program. The hunspell program doesn't create them.
