Notify project creator about changeset comments on edits made as part of given project

Changeset comments in HOT edits are typically ignored.

Mappers typically already abandoned their accounts or ignore changeset comments anyway (if anyone is interested or dounts this I can try to collect statistics on that)

Project creator responsible for quality issues is typically unaware about changeset comments on related edits, unless someone

Currently I am trying to notify project authors manually

Since we don't track individual OSM edits of users through Tasking Manager, it is impossible to implement this within Tasking Manager with the current setup

Maybe it can be done with some automated program detecting relevant changeset comments and posting notifications in comments in tasking manager project?

Is there API supporting this?

Are there established rules covering such automated actions, similar to https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Automated_Edits_code_of_conduct ?
