OpenAerialMap Availability Layer

Apologies if this has already been discussed elsewhere.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I created the mapping projects and completed it, only to find out later that there is newer imagery available on OpenAerialMap than the imagery I used previously. If only I had known earlier, I would have used that OpenAerialMap imagery instead.

Describe the solution you'd like
Overlay the availability of OpenAerialMap on the selected area on the creating project page.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A window pops up to manually check the availability of OpenAerialImagery.

Edit: I received the TMS link, which I can open in JOSM, but it would still be great to have it integrated for the Tasking Manager project creation page.

It will be a great addition, however I am not seeing this picked up in next three months. We need to stabilise the frontend by clearing the dependency issues before we consider integrating external tools.
