Hi folks,

I'm wondering if there is an estimation of how large the memory/ how long SCDE would need for running scde.error.models? It appears to me that even 60G is not enough.

I'm using a matrix with 10k genes by 10k cells.

200Gb for 5k cells also doesn't work.
