Tile mistake

We get tiles by kernel score, but we don't seem to get a satisfactory answer. How to solve this.

Dear @zqy396, thank you for reporting this issue! This indeed looks weird.

Did you use a specific mask (TissueMask or custom) or the default (BiggestTissueMaskBox)?

If you could provide a code snippet (and maybe the slide if you are allowed), it would be very useful.
