User Command changes not saved if "Save" button clicked while field active

As the title says, when entering a new user command or changing an existing one, if the user makes their changes then clicks save without first hitting "enter" or tabbing out of the field, than any changes made to the field are discarded when the window closes. This is the exact opposite behavior to what one expects when clicking a save button in a configuration window.
