Unstyled 'Module, Article, Image' modals in the frontend editing #28

When we do frontend editing,'Module, Article, Image' modals in the frontend editing are unstyled. Maybe we need to put bootstrap 2 css somewhere when editing mode is active?

I have submitted a PR for this issue. It's not really an elegant way, but at least it works for me now.
