TWC would like to implement this. Following the contributors guide we'd like to bring it up for discussion.

Currently we've opened this PR to illustrate our implementation and would appreciate feedback: TheWeatherCompany#97

Our goal is to be able to open support tickets through Dasein (starting with AWS).
