Hi. First: great idea :) I've noticed a bunch of people I follow on twitter bumping this up... I wasn't confident enough to contribute in the first iteration years ago, but now I do wanna do stuff 馃敟So here's me...

IMO the section Protein secondary and tertiary structure would benefit from a nice breakdown into three sub-sections under the overarching theme of In silico protein structure determination. The three subsections are:

  • Secondary structure
  • Contact and distance maps
  • 3D structure simulations

I have an idea about writing this whole thing up (already started!) and think I'd have something worth looking at after the weekend. Especially missing to me are at least mentions to CASP and CAFA, including the work by DeepMind in CASP 18.

Would that be helpful?

@sacdallago updating the protein secondary and tertiary structure section sounds great to me. We will want to line up a reviewer with domain expertise because I only have general knowledge about the state of the art in this field.

@j3xugit, you wrote most of the v1 version of this section. Would you be available to help review the updates?

Awesome, thanks @j3xugit && @agitter

@j3xugit I don't have something worth going over as of yet. I will probably have something by end of weekend (I do most of my writing on weekends :P ). That sounds good?
