v2 of the website based on https://starlight.astro.build/

you can check it out locally by running in ./docs:

pnpm i && pnpm dev

Fixes #986

Still misses a few things:

Tasks

Edit tasklist title
Beta Give feedback Tasklist Tasks, more options

Delete tasklist

Delete tasklist block?
Are you sure? All relationships in this tasklist will be removed.
