Add option to rename Tempo search fields in Explore view

Why is this needed:

Currently there's an option to add static fields in search options. However there's no option to rename them. This results in formatting and layout issues.
In this example, I've added resource.k8s.cluster_name and resource.k8s.namespace and they're displayed like this:

Renaming can certicaly help, however I think the proper fix is to remove the fixed width on the field labels so that they don't wrap. Or allow them to wrap, but allow the height to expand as well, to prevent the overflow
