While we do have a panel editor overview page, we don't have a page that just describes the parts of a panel as well as any further (maybe missing) conceptual information about panels. This information exists in the Use dashboards page, but should be repeated in a page within the Panels and visualizations content. This work will cover the following tasks:

• Create new page called Panel overview
• Move panel menu content from Panel editor overview page to new Panel overview page
• Rename Panel editor overview to Panel editor to avoid confusion
• Add annotated image to page
• Flesh out feature list as needed
