有个列表功能高度固定的，但是宽度根据图片宽高比来动态设置图片和标题和说明宽度，
现在图片的宽度可以正常显示，但是下面的标题和说明的宽度可见区域的宽度设置正常，不可见区域（还未加载的区域）滑动可见的时候下面的标题和说明宽度未更新到，想用动态刷新item来刷新下面的标题和说明，
但在Demo中找了貌似没看找到动态刷新item的方法，
