Probably an upstream request to

https://github.com/glushchenko/Highlightr fork of https://github.com/raspu/Highlightr

which uses https://github.com/highlightjs/highlight.js which already has (optional) Terraform (HCL) support.

I don't see Issues on fork to make a request there.

@gingerbeardman Do you mean that fork can just enable the support that is already implemented?
