it appears that ndff requires authentication and is not open-access .

"Voor het laden van data naar uw eigen domein naar de API is een applicatie-toegang
vereist. U kunt met uw account van een API niet inloggen op uw invoerportaal.
Om API-applicatie-toegang te krijgen tot een datadomein dient u klant te zijn of
bronhouder te worden bij de NDFF. Bent u nog geen klant of bronhouder van de NDFF?
