index UCSB-IZC dwc-A content endpoint only once

even if the endpoint exists in two different lists (i.e., ecdysis list, bigbee page, parasitetracker page). big bee and parasite tracker pages are sharing to GloBI via github repo https://github.com/globalbioticinteractions/ucsb-izc

ecdysis has its own rss feed that includes the same endpoint. The endpoint is: https://serv.biokic.asu.edu/ecdysis/content/dwca/UCSB-IZC_DwC-A.zip

Suggested to index the UCSB-IZC once and associate bigbee, parasitetracker, ecdysis/github with it....somehow....
