Windows - Visual Studio Plugin- GCM - how to make it talk English?

The terminal window looks fine, it talks English:
PS G:\formate\VisualStudio\azureRepo> git credential-manager-core configure
Configuring component 'Git Credential Manager'...
Configuring component 'Azure Repos provider'...

Issue.
The windows based Git Credential Manager - plugin Visual Studio - is not.
It talks in the wrong language.

This is probably not a credential-manager, but VS Problem.
Still maybe, someone was having the same problem before, and found a solution.
So that it talks English and not German.
