Idea: A "Last Modified" indication on pages #74

Suggestion comes by way of: gantry/docs#156

Idea is: a notice somewhere on each page with the date/time of the last modification. This info could pull from the github API and sit in the top bar between the github link and the breadcrumbs or at the bottom of the page.
