Tooltips in admin settings

Hi guys, thanks for your wonderful CMS and this theme.

The problem I have is that the theme is not very well documented regarding all the options. The readme file is focused mainly on installation, not description of available options, and I could not find it anywhere else.

In such cases, other plugins and themes often include tooltips in the admin panel, those shown when you hover over any option name in the left column. Would it be possible to include such descriptions of options for your theme as well?
