I really want to turn this theme into a blog, but I cannot figure out how to add Archive plug in to it. How could I replace "education" with archive plug in?

Ok, I've given up on trying to get that to work. I just need to make a separate page that is accessible via URL that I can link manually but cannot figure out how to. Every page I make I cannot access via URL, only the main page.
