Thanks! Nice to see GenomeTools still being helpful.
I am not sure what you mean with "blockers" though. Could you elaborate a bit, please?

Is there any nice to have feature idea which has difficulty in its design or implementation where an additional sight may be helpful?

This might be a question for @stefan-kurtz as well, who might have some more detailed ideas of desired features, and maybe @gordon who may still know about some loose ends...?

I for myself would be happy about, rather than new features, adoption and continuing support for some orthogonal tools related to, but not part of GenomeTools that I sadly don't have the time to maintain and support, e.g. LTRsift (https://github.com/satta/ltrsift)
