Error when remapping QTL

I just got the following error when trying to do a QTL zoom (the first overview QTL map worked fine, but I can't zoom in to ChrX).

The screenshot attached shows the settings for my zoom request (I am attaching this as the SQL request in the stack trace seems not to exactly match what I was asking for).

The successful map was generated with these parameters:

Population: Mouse B6D2RI
Database: UTHSC BXD Aged Hippocampus Affy Mouse Gene 1.0 ST (Jun15) RMA
Trait ID: 10601152
Trait Hash: yJmfCOClmLIUi36/nREh9A
Gene Symbol: Nlgn3
Location: Chr X @ 101.29921 Mb
Genotypes: WGS-based (Mar2022)

Oddly, it only seems to fail when I try to remap ChrX.
