How to access a Configuration file #2143

When you submit a job, there is an option to pass in a configuration file. How do you access that configuration file / configs from a job in java? I cannot find an example or documentation on it.

Cluster configurations can be set in conf/gear.conf. User configurations can be loaded from any file and set to UserConfig
