Issue based on lab meeting discussion on Tuesday, September 26, 2023.
Currently, there are ways to 'raise an issue' and 'request a feature' for Galaxy through GitHub; however, it has been suggested by a Communities of Practice rep that improvements can be made to this process to make it simpler and quicker for the average user. After discussion, it has been agreed that this doesn't need to be a major update and that there are options for finding a middle ground for gathering feedback more efficiently from our CoPs and relaying that feedback back to working groups.
All suggestions are welcome!

Noting additional use case (thanks to @nomadscientist): non-developer users who want to report issues and not necessarily be involved in the triage process: not sent emails as Github issue progresses and not asked to code the issue themself.
