GENMIDI low wood block

This percussion instrument has the completely wrong sound. Instead of sounding like a wood block, it sounds closer to a vibrating tubular bell.

The sound data is wrong in both the compiled GENMIDI and the perc77.sbi file.

I don't recall this instrument being in any of the Freedoom music, but it can be heard clearly in this score in the first few seconds:

I'd like to submit the following 2 percussion instruments. Hi Wood Block had an incorrect fixed pitch so, the Hi Wood Block has been duplicated as Low Wood Block, with Hi Wood Block fixed pitch at 60 and Low Wood Block at fixed pitch 53.

Not sure if I've compiled the GENMIDI correctly for testing, but the fixed pitches change to 4 after compiling.
