how do I put multiple txs into a single block with anvil???? it seems not doing it with any settings.... thanks

I tried running
"anvil": "anvil --fork-url https://rpc.ankr.com/eth", // wih block time and without it
"anvil-n": "anvil --fork-url https://rpc.ankr.com/eth --no-mining",

So, no matter how I do it or what I do, it seems like the tx show up only its block is mined, and as the result I cannot frontrun it. Even if I manually mine block, there's no tx in the mempool until I mine the block................WEIRD!!!!!!!!
