lazy.nvim not picking up additions?

In the following "rafamadriz/friendly-snippets" is not being installed when i open Lazy and sync, I tried moving it to its own plugin line still nothing

idk if it's because the dependencies are nested under dependencies? that's what I thought at first which is why I tried moving it out into the upper block by itself but still didnt work

sorry, but you really must be doing something wrong somwehere. The specs you show here look fine.
If there'd be such a glaring issue with lazy, I'd already gotten multiple issues about it.

ok well I guess I will wait to see if you get any other reports, I'm not doing anything wrong here that I can see, my entire nvim setup is structured like this, i even tried wiping local share folder for nvim and reinstalling all, lazy doesnt pick it up, i even swapped off neovim nightly to neovim stable
