Describe the bug
I use English as my Windows Display language, which means I want all my apps in English, and 99% of them will respect these settings. Rnote for whatever reason still starts in Hungarian, which puts it into that 1% of apps that casually ignore my Display language settings.

Expected behavior
I expect that the Windows Display language to define the UI language and not the set Region. Because my DateTime or number format has nothing to do with the visible language.

But the craziest, am i blind or there is no way to change the UI language in the app? Do I really need to delete the language pack files to force English?
