Data Importer: Discern duplicates from errors

Description

The data importer shows duplicate as errors, e.g.

Error(s) from the import process

Line #0: There is already a transaction with external_id "uuid" (<a href="https://domain/transactions/show/1">link</a>).
Line #1: There is already a transaction with external_id "anotheruuid" (<a href="https://domain/transactions/show/2">link</a>).

Solution

As they are not real errors, it would be nice if they would be shown under their own section.
