Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Spark materialization engine supports only spark implementation of offline store.

Describe the solution you'd like
For all other offline stores, we could export offline store output using to_remote_storage and let spark workers read from a staging location, similar to how k8s engine is implemented now.
