Describe the bug
The drag-and-drop cannot function in mobile and tablet view.

1. Clicks the “Locations” button in the sidebar.
   

2. Use the inspect tool available in Chrome.
   

3. Change the screen size to tablet view.
   

4. Drag and drop the locations.
   

5. Result: cannot be dragged and dropped on the tablet.
   

6. Change the screen size to mobile view.
   

7. Execute step 4.
   

8. Result: cannot be dragged and dropped in the mobile.

Thanks for opening this @JoceFoo - I was able to replicate this issue on my phone (Android + Vanadium browser). It seems that drag-and-drop does not currently work with touch interfaces.

The library we use for that drag and drop is http://inspire-tree.com/ - So ultimately the bug is in that upstream library I think. It might be worth searching for and existing bug report in that project, or opening a new one and linking back to this issue.

In the meantime, we may just have to tell users to do all their location dragging+dropping on a laptop/desktop.
