Automatically tweet links to new blog posts

I'm not sure how hard this would be, but it would be nice if we could automatically tweet a link to newly published blog posts on the official @farmOSorg Twitter account: https://twitter.com/farmOSorg

This feels like a nice compliment to #25.

The other thing I'd like to discuss on the next monthly call is setting up an official Mastadon account.... So this may become more generally about broadcasting blog links to both.

you can now hook up your RSS feed to Buttondown and automatically send out emails.
