Integration with OSM Teams

Hey 👋

At SOTMUS, we presented https://mapping.team, OSM Teams v2.0. It allows community managers to organize their mappers into teams, and then integrate those teams into various applications without having to enter a team multiple times. We're currently integrating with the tasking manager hotosm/tasking-manager#5575 and OSMCha in the near future.

After talking with @bhousel, we think that it could be interesting to integrate OSM teams into the rapid editor. This could be:

• Having a user's teams show up in the account management, or in the editor UI
• Having a user pick out a team as part of the changeset commit so that it's in the changeset metadata

We think this could be interesting to have in Rapid, let us know at what level we could support building this out!
