Reviews not showing up in review grader

Rahul Kaitha (rkaitha) did four reviews for assignment 1161, Madeup Problem. See below.

But only two of those reviews show up in the review grader!

Actually, 3 reviews show up for Round 2, but one of them is blank, even though he actually entered text.

This is a serious bug, because it could affect credit for a lot of people. However, since I have not seen it before, it could have something to do with assignment 1161 being a staggered-deadline assignment.
