Since unauthorized users can't label their issues unless they use a template also there can be issues other than bugs and we have no other issue templates than that bug issue related one.
So I think we should add more Issue templates for faster and more accurate classification at this point and now on.

This is a great idea! I will have a look at samples but feel free to comment with any ideas that you feel urgent (and template samples are appreciated).
