Right now medic has 3HP/s regeneration. +16 More HP compared to other classes. Self healing ability. Battle or combat length 3-5sec (9-15 extra HP). That is 31 extra HP compared to other classes. That is already 15% HP advantage. + Ability to throw yourself med packs for 20 HP boost.
My suggestion is out of combat regeneration. Whenever you get hit regeneration stops for 3secs. After 3secs of not getting damage regeneration starts. This nerfs medics in combat ability a bit. This little HP boost during combat can sometimes be enough to make Medic win a fight. Medic is too overpowered in my opinion.
Also i would suggest every class to have out of combat regeneration. Perhaps 1HP/s. Just a little boost to regenerate some HP whenever medic is not around.
