Hard Crash When Opening the Program

I've been successful in converting approximately 16GB of MP3 files to 44.1/320, but all of a sudden the program won't open. I tried uninstalling with Revo Uninstaller Pro/reinstalling and it will open to the initial splash screen, then exit. Trying to open it again results in my seeing the spinning circle on the desktop, but nothing else happens. Please assist...

I forgot to add, the hardware is an ASUS Z9PA-U8-ASUS-5507 with an Intel Xeon ES-2660 v2 @ 2,20 GHz, 20 Cores, 128 GB RAM running Windows Server 2019 Datacenter v1809. It has plenty of horsepower to handle just about anything I throw at it. If necessary, I have a Windows 10 Pro VM as well I can use for testing.
