Support access control in the "tree" UI

We should be able to control the access to different UIs in the "tree" UI as well.
Depending on the current role, different sections must be visible/hidden in the UI.
You must not be able to access them.

For example, If you don't have the role which is required for Sales orders or Attributes, they must be hidden.

Consider to use what is implemented for #3212
