Do a new release of coverage-reporter on Pypi

coverage-reporter is very useful, so it's a shame that the version on Pypi seems terribly broken:

I've had to install it from a checkout of Tom Prince's branch:

• https://github.com/tomprince/coverage-reporter

Please consider merging Tom's branch and doing a new release on Pypi.

I just ran into the AttributeError: 'bool' object has no attribute 'lower' error as well, using the version from PyPI. It doesn't happen with git master.
