Hello! First of all, wonderful idea, thanks for doing the work!
A suggestion I have is to make lines in graphs any other color than white, because now it is almost impossible to see them on white background, although they are there. While I know how to do it in Inkscape myself, it would improve the browsing experience. Some examples of graphs that are hard to see:
exponential-decrease
iv-administration-repeated
oral-administration-bloodconcentration-repeated (2)
pluriexponential-decrease
enterohepatic-recyling
oral-administration-bloodconcentration
renal-insufficeny-vs-normal
iv-administration-perfusion
