[FEATURE]: a feature about better bookmarks

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
it's nice to have tags in the bookmarks. I expect to have 'no tag' when viewing them by tag. It will provide a complete bookmarked files like a tree structure.
Also, I expect the tag can be showed by a better order. Currently, the tag order seems to follow the when the tag was created.

add no tag in the 'toogle view mode'
tag can follow a consistant logic/order to show them in the 'toogle view mode.'

Additional context

If no special reason, I prefer the BookMarks can be 'Bookmarks' and toogle view mode could be 'toggle the view' or 'tag view'.

I will consider this requirement and will first implement the custom sorting function later.
