Add parallel computation resources

Hi Dr. Huang,

Thank you for presenting such a good ensemble of resources for astroph researches.

I notice that currently there is little resource provided for parallel computation in the Sec. Programming and Developing Software.
(I see py4mpi and taskflow, but they are hardly used in real scientific computation).

Is it possible to open a new subsection at some place for parallel computation ? It guess it might be helpful for students working on processing numerical simulation data.
If you can create a new branch in the repo, I would like to fill some content and add a list of resources. Then, through pull-request they can be merged into the main branch.
