Goal is to make dprint work in more places and improve dprint-plugin-prettier:

• Support for prebuilt linux aarch64 musl #659
• Add dprint lsp command #738
• Provide a mechanism to allow a process plugin to declare it as single-threaded so dprint can scale it #761 and other issues

  • Prettier plugin should work on more architectures (Unsupported CPU architecture: x86_64 (linux-musl) dprint-plugin-prettier#60)
