Additional details

This package is still referenced in Microsoft's documentation regarding Browser Link.
The relevance of this article was questioned in issues 21546 and 16297. If we assume the response given in these issues is still valid today, then the Microsoft.VisualStudio.Web.BrowserLink package should not be deprecated.

@vijayrkn @timheuer is BrowserLink 2.2.0 still in support? We deprecated the package during the 2.2 deprecation effort, but perhaps that was an error.
