IOError when following README and running `python run_tests.py` #101

When following Compiling the example / Running the tests section of README:

$ clang++ --std=c++11 docopt.cpp run_testcase.cpp -o run_testcase
$ python run_tests.py
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "run_tests.py", line 30, in <module>
    tests = open('${TESTCASES}','r').read()
IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '${TESTCASES}'
